The SG Manifesto
WE BELIEVE
-
We believe women don't need permission to change.
-
We believe grief can ignite growth.
-
We believe beautiful spaces shape beautiful lives.
-
We believe financial freedom is self-care.
-
We believe reinvention is always available.
-
We see midlife as an audit, not a crisis.

Why This Exists

From the Founder

I never intended to build a media brand.
For most of my career, I believed my work would always be about designing beautiful spaces.
For more than two decades, I helped people reimagine the environments where they lived, worked, gathered, and grew.
Then life changed.
I lost my mom.
And suddenly, I found myself facing questions I had spent years avoiding.
Who am I becoming?
What do I want now?
What does success look like if I'm the one defining it?
The answers didn't arrive all at once.
They came through grief.
Through writing.
Through difficult conversations.
Through therapy.
Through learning that redesign isn't something we do once—it's something we're invited to do over and over again throughout our lives.
The SG Manifesto was born from that realization.
And its first publication, The REdesign Edit, exists to explore what happens when we realize it's not just our homes, careers, relationships, or routines that need reimagining—it's our entire lives.
This is a place for stories, ideas, and resources for women who are ready to redesign their lives with more intention, more beauty, and more honesty.
If you find yourself in the middle of your own midlife audit, I'm here to remind you of something important:
You are not behind.
You are not too late.
And you do not need permission to begin again.
I'm so glad you're here.
With Gratitude,
— Stephanie (SG)
